ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಬಸವ ಬಳಗವು ಒಂದು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ನಗರ / ಎಚ್.ಆರ್.ಬಿ.ಆರ್ (HRBR) ಲೇಔಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಕೆಲವು ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕ ಜನರಿಂದ ೨೦೧೫ರ ಮೇ ೧೭ ರಂದು ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.
ಜಗಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಬಸವೇಶ್ವರರ ಸಾರ್ವಕಾಲಿಕ ಬೋಧನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರೇರಿತವಾದ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಸದಸ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸಲು ಶ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ತನ್ನ ಆರಂಭದಿಂದಲೂ, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಬಸವ ಬಳಗವು ಲಿಂಗಾಯತ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು, ಯುವಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿರಿಯರನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ, ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ಸಹ ಇದು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗದ ಜನರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ, ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಬಸವ ಬಳಗವು ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕಳೆದ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಬಸವ ಬಳಗವು, ಹಿರಿಯರು, ಯುವಕರು, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಯ ಜನರನ್ನು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಜೋಡಿಸುವ ಒಂದು ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಿ ವಿಕಸನಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.
ಈ ಬಳಗವು ಕೇವಲ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಬೆಂಬಲದ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಧುನಿಕ ದಿನದ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುವ ಕಡೆಗೂ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ನಮ್ಮ ಬಳಗದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆಯೆಂದರೆ ಅದರ ಮಾಸಿಕ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾದ "ತಿಂಗಳ ಬೆಳಕು".
ಇದು ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು, ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲು ಒಂದು ಉತ್ತಮ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಬಸವ ಬಳಗವು "ಕಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ದಾಸೋಹ" — ಅಂದರೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ಕೆಲಸ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವೆಯ ತತ್ವಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ತನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

Kalyana Basava Balaga is a vibrant cultural and social organization established on 17th May 2015, by a few like minded people from the Lingayath community in HRBR Layout, Kalyana Nagar, Bengaluru.
Inspired by the timeless teachings of Jagajyoti Basaveshwara, the organization strives to nurture a strong sense of community, cultural pride, and social responsibility among its members.
Since its inception, Kalyana Basava Balaga has been actively organizing events that bring together families, youth, and elders from the Lingayat community, while also welcoming participation from the wider public.
The organization is committed to preserving traditions while adapting to modern times through inclusive initiatives and structured programs. Over the years, Kalyana Basava Balaga has evolved into a vibrant community hub that connects individuals across generations — elders, youth, women, and children.
The organization focuses not only on preserving cultural traditions but also on addressing modern-day needs through social initiatives, knowledge-sharing, and community support.
A key highlight of the organization is its monthly flagship event, "Thingala Belaku", which serves as a platform for members to connect, share knowledge, and celebrate cultural values in a meaningful way. Kalyana Basava Balaga believes in "Kayaka and Dasoha" the principles of dedicated work and service and reflects these values in all its activities and social initiatives.
